True Conservative Points

• Pro-Christ - CHRIST is the medicine for the heart condition that we have in Washington, D.C.  If we want our country to thrive, we MUST include Christ in all of our decisions, including the bills and policies generated in Washington, D.C.
• Pro-Life - Life begins at conception. 0 weeks is what I want to see when people discuss abortion. While some are conceived through instances of rape and incest, I would never want to tell someone that his/her life is not worth it simply because that was how he/she was created. 
• Pro-Guns - I carry a gun daily, and I suggest you responsibly do, too. I will work tirelessly to claw back our gun rights. 
• Pro-Agriculture - My wife, kids, and I have a start-up ag operation with cow-calf and custom hay. We are the largest ag economy in the entire U.S. House of Representatives. It is time to send one of our own who truly understands what we do best in Nebraska's 3rd Congressional District.
• Pro-Border Security - I served under four different presidents, at all levels from the Rio Grande to Washington, D.C. I am proud to be a border security expert. No one in Congress understands border security and immigration enforcement as I do. I will proudly stand in the way of the next open-borders administration.
• Pro-Term Limits - Almost 90% of Americans on both sides of the aisle want term limits. I am challenging a 20-year incumbent, and this is the #1 topic at every single campaign stop. Ask yourself - what has that 20 years done for your family and businesses? 

Cattle producers, like me, in Nebraska, want it to be mandated that the country of origin is on the label for all beef packaging. Currently, Brazilians own over half of the beef market share, and they do not wish to compete with American beef in America. My opponent does not want mandatory labeling and accepts donations from Brazilian beef packing plant companies.

Those belong to the grower, not the ethanol plant boardroom. Unfortunately, my opponent sent those to the boardrooms, not to the hurting producers.

The 2026 Appropriations Bill contained earmarks for child gender surgery and abortion funding in other states. My opponent voted to pass this bill twice - I would not have. I would have stood for life with dozens of other conservative Republicans.

This was an effort to reveal sexual misconduct in Congress. Victims would have been protected, and the information would have been properly released as articulated in the Resolution. My opponent voted to squash the effort. I'm a law enforcement guy, I would have voted for accountability.

My opponent voted to fund this America-Last, left-leaning organization. I would not have. We cannot fund leftist programs, like USAID, with our tax dollars.

My opponent voted to continue funding this Biden-era policy. President Trump had to come back with an Executive Order to correct this vote. I would not have voted to fund this loss of privacy and common sense.

I would have voted to defund the biggest activist Judge in the federal system - the one who has singlehandedly worked to block President Trump and our 75 million votes. My opponent voted with Democrats to fund this rogue activist Judge.

My opponent voted to continue funding the Biden Administration's industrial wind and solar projects that are impacting Nebraska. We are still facing this tax expense and more foreign-owned projects in Nebraska during a red majority. I will always vote to defund this scam that is a massive contributor to our national debt.

My opponent has kicked this around for over 10 years in Congress, while other states take the lead on this topic. Our farmers have been working at a loss for five years in a row. We need urgent leadership to get this done. It was recently referred to a government committee for taxpayer funded study - put on a shelf for at least another year while our farms go bankrupt.

My opponent has shown no interest in this act. I will support it on Day 1. The only law allowed in our land is set forth by the Constitution. No pseudo courts can be allowed to take root under the guise of political correctness. Also, I understand Islamic terror and how those cultures operate as a prior counterterrorism expert. I've held the highest security clearance possible in Washington, D.C. in my prior career in federal law enforcement.

Our founding fathers never intended Congress to be a career. Complacency and corruption can take hold with human nature after decades in office.  If someone is truly an asset to public service, they will continue to serve and will run for Governor or Senator.  Public service can never be treated as a way to make a living. My opponent has been in this position for 20 years and is asking to make it 22 years. Almost 90% of Americans on both sides of the aisle want term limits - this has been a topic of discussion at every single campaign stop for me in this race.
